چکیده

Unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine (UDMH) is very toxic and hard to decompose in traditional ways. In this paper, the gasification of unsymmetrical supercritical water was studied a batch reactor under different conditions. The hydrogen production process UDMH metal containers multiphase reaction process. effects temperature, alkaline catalysts, residence time, oxidation on were systematically studied. COD ammonia nitrogen residual liquid tested. Results showed that maximum molar fraction yield 87.0% 97.9 mol/kg, respectively, with KOH at 600 °C, 23 MPa. removal efficiency relation catalysts following order: NaOH > Na2CO3 K2CO3. highest (up 95%) can be obtained temperature MPa as catalyst, time 20 min. Ammonia decreased by adding an oxidant. meet requirement Chinese emission standard pollution for space propellants. addition, organic compounds formed conditions also identified.

Hydrogen rich gas production via nano-catalytic gasification of bagasse in supercritical water

Ru/Al2O3 nano-catalysts were prepared with impregnation and microemulsion techniques. The supercritical water gasification reaction was performed at 400oC and 5-60 min. Within the tested operation conditions, the reaction residence time of 15 min was the optimum to maximize the H2 yield. It was observed that using microemulsion technique increases the total gas yield significantly. Using microe...

Hydrogen Production by Supercritical Water Gasification of Wastewater from Food Waste Treatment Processes

Korean food wastes have high moisture content (more than 85 wt%) and their major treatment processes such as drying or biological fermentations generate concentrated organic wastewater (CODs of about 100,000 mgO2/L). For obtaining both wastewater treatment and hydrogen production from renewable resources, supercritical water gasification (SCWG) of the organic wastewater was carried out in this ...

Production of Hydrogen and Synthesis gas via Cu-Ni/Al2O3 catalyzed gasification of bagasse in supercritical water media

Bagasse as a real biomass was converted to hydrogen rich gas via catalytic supercritical water gasification process. To find the effect of Cu on selectivity of products, Cu promoted Ni-γAl2O3 catalysts were prepared with 1 to 20wt% Ni and 0.5 to 10wt% Cu loadings via impregnation method. Catalysts were characterized by ICP, BET, XRD, H2 chemisorption and TEM technique as well CHNS analysis was ...

Thermodynamic Analysis of Supercritical Water Gasification of Microalgae Biomass for Hydrogen and Syngas Production

Supercritical water gasification (SCWG) is an alternative thermochemical technology for the conversion of wet biomass in a high heat value product gases, such as syngas and hydrogen. Algal biomass has been suggested as one promising option to produce biomass for use as fuels and chemical feedstocks with high area-specific yields. In this study, the thermodynamic analysis of SCWG of microalgae b...

Gasification of biomass in supercritical water (SCWG)

Conversion of wet biomass via gasification in supercritical water is a promising technology for the production of hydrogen and methane from renewable resources. The properties of water above the critical point enable reactions for the fast degradation of biomass and generation of a product gas consisting of hydrogen, methane, higher hydrocarbons and carbon dioxide without disturbing sulphurand ...
